The Inspired mission began with the events business which was structured to support the planning, coordination and hosting of events. Whilst supporting others through services the events business was also hosting its own community events designed to bring humans together, to network, promote personal growth and build a strong sense of community.
Through our Inspired events, it became clear through conversations that many entrepreneurs and business owners had the vision and drive for their businesses but where in need of strategic support, structure, and hands-on guidance to bring their ideas to life. With a founder with a strong background in leadership, operations, and business strategy, originally Inspired By You Events evolved into the now Inspire & Assist the Agency that is dedicated to empowering modern leaders.

Throughout my career, I have been consistently recognised for outstanding leadership and team performance. I was honoured as Area Manager of the Year, awarded an all-expenses-paid trip to Melbourne for a high-performance event, and later, an all-expenses-paid trip to the USA for exceptional results. My teams were consistently among the top performers in engagement, operations, and overall business success, a testament to my ability to lead with clarity, strategy, and heart.
